Purchased a car March 14, 2026, had to return car on March 30, 2026, finance backed out of deal. Put $4,000 cash Down and was told the check would be expedited and sent the next day. April 7, 2026!! Been waiting, so another car could be purchased. Missing work and have no way to transport my kids. I have called Deanna, and several other employees. No one will answer or return calls.

I first want to start by saying the sales and service team are absolutely amazing. I worked with Jessica and Lee from the sales team, and they were always ready to help in any way they could. I really thank them for helping me get the car I really wanted. The service them has been a pleasure to work with as well. But they currently have once major issue. There has been no support or help whatsoever in getting my tag issue taken care of. Currently my second set of temp tags will expire 3.28 and today is 3.25. Multiple messages have been sent with no reply from Ashley. Who I believe is at a sister site. I am really at a lost because of the excellent service of the sales and service team.

The sales experience was fantastic. We worked with Yanna and she is outstanding in knowledge, helpfulness and friendliness. I also had the opportunity to visit the service department and they are great. The issue I have is the dealership has not yet filed all the paperwork needed to get tags for my new car. My second and last temporary tag expires in 6 business days. The manager will not return my phone calls to assist in this issue. Because of this problem and lack of managerial concern I will never buy another car from ALM

My car was towed in off interstate 16 last Sunday. I was on vacation with my family at jekyll Island. I called Monday morning and left messages, but no one returned the call. It was Wednesday before Rebecca returned a call and she said my car was next in line to be diagnosed. On Friday, it still had yet to be looked at. I had to rent a car to get home to knoxville Saturday morning, and I'm still in the rental on Monday at home. I also opened a case with hyundai corporate. At least Gustavo is trying to keep me in the loop, but even he cannot get answers from this dealership. My engine is under a lifetime warranty for all engine parts of the engine fails, which is what happened on I16. I let them know that this is the case, and after reading previous reviews here, I have a feeling that no one is in any kind of hurry to look at the diagnosis. Meanwhile, I am out almost a grand in rental fees with no end in sight. If Five Star addresses my issues quickly so I can get my santa fe back, I will be happy to revise this review. But until then, nope!
